You would be working in a small team of young and skilled PHP programmers. You will get to be involved not only in programming, but also in tasks of any developer including analysis, testing and data management.

An Engagement Specialist plays an integral role in helping our clients develop a social media strategy. Engagement Specialists work closely with sales teams to cultivate prospective clients and to manage existing partners and clients. In addition to being able to position and demonstrate all the functionality of the Appnostic social media suite of tools to both technical and business audiences, they are able to lead the development of social media and marketing campaign management action plan to ensure successful brand and consumer engagements.
- Ability to deliver high quality presentations and standard and custom demonstrations of our Social Media solutions
- Utilizes understanding of the Social Media tools available to highlight the strengths of our application and create competitive pitfalls
- Lead Proof of Concept scenarios as required
- Constantly learn and develop expertise in the Social Media offering and Appnostic software
- Must maintain expertise as new releases of our software become available
- Provide pointed advice to customer in the creation of Social Marketing Campaign and Social Media Advertisement (e.g. via Facebook)
- Maintain regular communication with all clients
- Attend Appnostic user conferences and other events while actively attracting clients to these events
- Track activity in Appnostic internal sales management systems
- Travel as needed for their role. This varies by geography and ranges up to 50% or more in some instances such as national roles etc
- Has a solid handle and interest on the Social Media and Web 2.0 trends and tools available in the market
- Has 3+ years of technical expertise with tools for Content Management, Marketing Campaign Management, Business Intelligence, or online/mobile advertisement
- Has a solid handle on solution selling concepts and utilizes these concepts on every opportunity
- This role demands individuals who are self-motivated and who are comfortable and responsible in a position that grants autonomy
- Engagement Consultants must be able to achieve success with little management or guidance
- Proven or demonstrably outstanding presentation skills
- Proven or demonstrably outstanding speaking and writing skills
- Ability to articulate complex topics to novice or technical audience
- Ability to translate technical advantages into business benefits
- Polished and professional in both appearance, personal interaction, and all communications
- BS/BA Degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in a customer facing role.
- Experience with social media marketing campaigns

The Account Manager serves as the primary business contact for the client and is responsible for client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
In addition, the AM will should build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
- Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue.
- Reviews all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, function spec, tech spec, etc.) to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
- Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Director of Account Management of any problems that may arise.
- Works closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable.
- Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth and new business.
- Communicates the client’s goals and represent the client’s interests to the team.
- Provides regular two-way communication between the client and team, to
- provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
- Reports to the Director of Account Management, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
- Extremely detail oriented
- Technical competence (understanding of social media)
- Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
- High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
- Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
- A good knowledge/understanding of Salesforce.com or similar CRM is preferable but not essential
